Letter of Authorization (LOA)
Managed Brand Abuse Desk only files registrar/host abuse reports after you authorize us. Download the template, fill on company letterhead if you prefer, sign from a company-domain email, and send to support@brandproofhq.com.

Self-serve customers usually submit reports themselves with our evidence pack — an LOA is optional unless you later upgrade to Managed filing.
What the LOA covers
- Evidence packaging for phishing / impersonation against your listed brands and domains
- Submitting and following up with registrars, hosts, CDNs, and relevant blocklist operators
- Sharing the LOA and evidence with those recipients as needed
What it does not cover
- Domain transfers, DNS changes, or access to your production systems
- Court litigation unless separately agreed
- A guaranteed takedown timeline (third parties decide)

To: Brand Proof HQ / Brand Abuse Desk From: [Company legal name] Re: Authorization to submit phishing and brand-impersonation abuse reports We authorize Brand Proof HQ (Brand Abuse Desk) to collect evidence and submit abuse reports for the brand(s) and official domain(s) we list, and to share this LOA with registrars/hosts/CDNs as needed. We confirm we are authorized to protect those brands. This does not grant domain/DNS control or create a takedown SLA. Signatory: name, title, company-domain email, date
