### 2. Authorized provider
We authorize **Brand Proof HQ**, operating the **Brand Abuse Desk** service (including personnel and contractors acting under its direction), to act on our behalf solely for the purposes in section 3.

### 3. Scope of authorization
For the brand(s) and domain(s) listed above, the provider may:

1. Collect and package evidence of suspected phishing, credential harvest, payment fraud, and brand impersonation (including lookalike / visual clone sites).  
2. Submit abuse, phishing, and trademark-impersonation reports (and follow-ups) to domain registrars, registries, hosting providers, CDNs, and relevant browser / blocklist operators.  
3. Use our company name, brand marks, and official domain names **only as needed** to describe the legitimate brand and the abusive activity in those reports.  
4. Share with those recipients copies of this LOA and supporting evidence we provide.

This authorization does **not** allow the provider to: transfer domains, change DNS, access our production systems, send marketing mail, or take legal action in court unless separately agreed in writing.

### 4. Our representations
We represent that:

- We own or are authorized to protect the brand(s) and domain(s) listed above.  
- Information we provide about incidents will be accurate to the best of our knowledge.  
- We will promptly tell the provider if authorization is revoked or brands/domains change.

### 5. Term
This LOA is effective from the date above until **[end date or “revoked in writing”]** , unless earlier revoked by email from the signatory’s company domain to **support@brandproofhq.com**.

### 6. Relationship to service agreement
Services are provided under the Brand Abuse Desk order / Terms of Service then in effect (including plan limits such as Managed monthly submission allowances). Website removal remains subject to third-party (registrar/host) decisions; this LOA does not create a guaranteed takedown SLA.
