1. Who we are
Brand Proof HQ operates brandproofhq.com and the Brand Abuse Desk service: verified lookalike/clone phishing cases, evidence packs, and abuse submission / follow-up (Self-serve or Managed). We sell case outcomes — not an AI monitoring dashboard.
2. What we collect
- Waitlist / template requests — email address, optional source/path metadata, timestamps.
- Support — content you send to support@brandproofhq.com.
- Subscriptions (when checkout is live) — billing identity and payment metadata processed by our Merchant of Record / payment provider (Creem). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Technical logs — standard web logs (IP, user agent, URL, approximate time) via our hosting/CDN for security and reliability.
- Tool inputs — lookalike-scan and similar browser tools run primarily in your browser; we do not require an account to generate baseline candidates. If you later submit a case or waitlist form, that submission is stored as above.
3. How we use data
- Provide early access, templates, and Brand Abuse Desk service
- Respond to support requests
- Process subscriptions and prevent fraud/abuse
- Improve site reliability and security
- Comply with law
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
We may share data with processors who help us run the service (hosting/CDN, email forwarding, payment/Merchant of Record). They may only process data for those purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Retention
Waitlist and support records are kept while relevant to providing the service or as required by law/accounting. You may ask us to delete waitlist or support data where applicable by emailing support.
6. International processing
Infrastructure and processors may be located outside your country (including the United States and other regions). Payment and KYC may involve additional jurisdictions used by Creem.
7. Your choices
Email support@brandproofhq.com to access, correct, or request deletion of waitlist/support data we control, or to ask privacy questions. For billing data held by Creem, we may need to coordinate with them.
8. Children
The service is for business / professional use and is not directed to children under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
